Beer Garden

  • Pour Masters
  • You'll be manning the Beer Garden in the Music Bowl - there are worse places to be for sure! Pouring beer (obviously), cash handling, responsible service of alcohol, being friendly and keeping the bar area cleaned, stocked and maintained pretty much sums up your job description.
You must be over 21.

Boogaloo Bar

  • Refreshing the music lovers!
  • Bubbly bartenders apply here! If you have previous bartending experience and can keep the line moving at a busy bar this is your moment to shine. You'll serving mixed drinks, wine and beer as well as responsible for general upkeep of the bar including prep, set up, cleaning and break down.
You must be over 21.


  • Fillin' in the gaps
  • Happy to help wherever help is needed? This is the area for you! Floaters need to be flexible, you may be asked to help out in any area with any number of tasks. Variety is the spice of life!

Green Team

  • Greening & cleaning - Green Team get meals included!
  • Our Green Teamers sweep the festival site for trash and also help sort trash at the trash station. Come prepared with bring gloves, closed toe shoes and a flashlight! MEALS INCLUDED! We recognize being on the Green Team aka a 'Trash Pirate' is dirty, sweaty, sometimes stinky but necessary work so Green Team volunteers who commit 16 hours or more get MEALS INCLUDED as well as their festival wristband and tent camping.

  • Welcoming committee
  • Bubbly, enthusiastic, helpful and love hugs? Greeter may be the job for you! As a greeter you may be manning the Greeter Booth providing information & directions to people as they enter the campground, or you may be showing people to their campsites via foot, bicycle (pedal power!) or golf cart.

Hospitality Food

  • Food is love
  • If you love being in the kitchen, this is the position for you! The Hospitality Food Crew works in the backstage kitchen to prep and serve food for performers, crew and volunteer meals during the festival weekend.


  • Barista
  • Barista experience? Can dance while you're working? Grace under pressure? Perhaps Javagogo - JTMF's own coffee booth - is the place for you! You must be approved and have the appropriate Join Code to sign up for shifts in this area.


  • Teach peace
  • For the young at heart! Hang out in Kidsville and play, guiding children through the various fun scheduled activities. Needless to say, it's probably good if you love kids if you're going to apply to work at Kidsville.


  • Safety first
  • Responsible for providing First Aid for all people at the festival site throughout the weekend. Much of the crew consists of MDs, RNs and LPNs. MEALS INCLUDED! Medical volunteers who commit 16 hours (or more) get meals included as well as festival wristband and tent camping.

Merch Booth

  • Music is the Soul of Life
  • Responsible for handling of performer and festival merchandise during the festival weekend. This crew maintains accurate records at all times, keeps track of performer consignments, manages inventory and controls the cash sales.


  • Line 'em up
  • The parking crew predominantly help keep traffic controlled and organized in Day Parking - conveniently located right by the Music Bowl so you can whistle while you work :)

Screenprint T-shirts

  • Customize festival wear
  • If you don't mind getting a little paint on your hands this is a super fun position! You will be helping to clean and set-up screens, print and iron shirts at the screenprint booth.

  • Ramp it up!
  • You'll be helping set up the sound equipment and instruments on each of the stages on the festival site. Heavy lifting is required!

Store Runner

  • Pick it up & Drop it Off
  • Only for the responsible and punctual! You will be responsible for driving to various stores to pick up items for the festival. You will also need to deliver the items to the appropriate places back at the festival. Valid driver's license is required.


  • Pack it up!
  • Want to volunteer for post fest pack up? We sure do appreciate you. Duties can be anything from cleaning and tidying to some light lifting and labor. We'll find the right job for all!

  • Bring your biggest smile and some patience, you will be the first point of contact when our guests arrive! Duties include ticket sales, customer service, line-management.
